Development Course :

​From September to May, young people who have completed the beginner's course continue their progress in a dynamic and motivating environment.
The program includes technical improvement, learning combat tactics, team spirit, and pushing oneself to new heights, as well as taking the first steps towards competition.
You can register for one or two sessions per week, with each session lasting 1.5 hours.
Adult Course:

Whether you have completed one beginner session or are already an experienced athlete, you are welcome to join us.
Once or twice a week, enjoy 1.5 hours of intense and motivating training.
The atmosphere is friendly, but there is still hard work, sweat, and a lot of fun involved.
