The values that guide each of our actions at the Olympia Longueuil Fencing Club are at the heart of our identity.

Respect is the cornerstone of our sport. Respect for oneself, for others, for the rules, and for one's opponent: in every contest, we cultivate a spirit of fair play and attentiveness that extends far beyond the track.

Sharing drives our community. Sharing knowledge, experiences, victories, and efforts: we grow together, fostering a climate of mutual support among members, coaches, volunteers, and families.

Inclusion is essential to our vision. Regardless of age, background, ability, or origin, we believe everyone has a place in our club. We actively work to create a welcoming, safe, and adaptable environment where everyone can thrive at their own pace.

Self-improvement in sport is a central value that promotes personal growth, improved self-confidence, and the motivation to push boundaries.
